The User is solely and exclusively responsible for:
Sólli.app does not monitor, validate, or take responsibility for content added by Users, nor for damages caused to students, guests, or third parties arising from such content.
Sólli.app implements technical mechanisms to maximize difficulty in copying and unauthorized sharing of video links and live event access. However, the platform does not guarantee the absolute impossibility of such links being copied or forwarded by malicious users. Methods outside the platform's control — such as source code inspection, screen recording, or others — may allow third parties to obtain protected links. Sólli.app is not responsible for damages resulting from such unauthorized access.
Sólli.app is also not responsible for:
In any case, Sólli.app's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of monthly fees paid in the last 3 (three) months.
Access to the platform is conditioned on payment of the current monthly subscription. The User authorizes recurring billing until cancellation. Late payment may result in suspension of access.
Cancellation may be made at any time in the platform account settings. Under the terms of art. 49 of the CDC, the User has 7 calendar days from the date of contracting to cancel with a full refund.
Sólli.app processes personal data in accordance with Law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD). We collect only the data necessary for the provision of the service. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
The User, by including data from students and guests on the platform, acts as the controller of that data under LGPD, declaring to have obtained the necessary consents. Sólli.app acts as the processor of this data, processing it exclusively for the purpose of providing the service.
To exercise your rights as a data subject or for any privacy-related questions, please contact us via the email address indicated in Clause 7.
Sólli.app acts exclusively as a technological intermediary, allowing users to organize and display content through links and embeddings from third-party services, such as videos hosted on YouTube and streams via Zoom, without directly storing media on its own servers.
Even so, the platform maintains a commitment to applicable Brazilian legislation, including the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), reserving the right to remove, disable, or restrict any link, embedding, or user account that violates legal norms, third-party rights, or internal policies.
Users are fully responsible for the content linked to their external accounts and for the transmissions they carry out. The platform provides a reporting channel for communicating irregularities, which will be reviewed with priority. Use of the platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) or older; registration or use by minors is prohibited.
All code, design, and platform elements are exclusively owned by Sólli.app. The license granted to the User is for personal, non-transferable use and does not imply the assignment of any rights over the platform.
It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes, distribute content prohibited by law, or attempt to compromise the security and integrity of the systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District of São José dos Campos – SP.
Sólli.app may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
